FRIDAY MORNING MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
At SITN we believe that there is much more to goaltending than going through on ice drills. We believe that what separates a good goalie from an elite goalie is his or her approach to the mental game. Everything we do as goalies, whether it be on ice, off ice, or in a classroom, is all geared towards gaining trust and confidence in our own abilities. Our mentorship program will seek to grow each athlete in both their on ice skills and how they approach each upcoming game or practice. We do not want to create robot style goalies, but rather goalies that can understand the game and understand how to appropriately prepare and gain a strong mindset. It is our hope that our mentorship program can push each goalie to another level!

1 Session: $120

10 Sessions: $1000 ($100 per)
Each session includes 20 minutes of mental prep and 1 hour of on ice at a ratio 2:1.

This program is only available to goalies ages 13 & up.
Tuesday Morning
Tune-Up
We understand the importance of coaching for goalies especially at the early stages of their development. We have many different options for goalies that are ages 12 and under, but we are very excited to launch the Tuesday morning Tune-up program. This ice will be available throughout the season for goalies to get extra instruction before school starts. If goalies can commit to 2 sessions a month, we believe this will make a massive difference in how quickly a goalie can grow or develop.
