ABOUT US
Stable in the Net was first launched in Kelowna in 2008 by Kraymer Barnstable. At the time Kraymer was playing for the Vancouver Giants of the WHL. While playing the top level of Junior hockey, he also had a desire to help young goalies grow and succeed.
After moving to Red Deer in 2013, Stable in the Net was officially established in Central Alberta in 2016. SITN has grown every year and we have seen many goalies drafted into the WHL and some move on to pro. We also have many alumni clients that are now an amazing part of our instructor team. At SITN, whether we have worked with you for one ice time or over 10 years, we consider you a part of the Stable in the Net family.
As we continue to grow, we still remain planted in Central Alberta offering summer and holiday camps, weekly programs, private lessons, association clinics, goalie coaches for minor hockey teams and much more. We believe every goalie in Central Alberta deserves to have dedicated and knowledgable goalie coaches that care about their success on and off the ice.

At Stable in the Net we recognize the crucial need for goalie instruction located in Red Deer, Alberta. Since 2016 we have been firmly planted in the Red Deer area. We work with over 300 goalies every year, from pro right down to young tenders strapping on their pads for the first time. We want every goalie to succeed and reach their full potential. Whether your goal is to make the NHL or be the top goalie in your pond hockey league, we are here to improve your game while having a blast in the process!
